Here at CrossFit Sisters we take pride in being technically sound and safe. Every New Member will be scheduled an Intro Session. A simple run down of rules / foundation / assessment & what to expect in each CrossFit class through our programming.

OUR “STRENGTH PROGRAM” Level 5 Barbell

Level 5 Barbell offers the best atmosphere, coaching and equipment for anyone looking to get stronger and healthier. We focus on the Big 6 Lifts – the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Snatch, Clean & Jerk. We do many variations of these but all of our movements all full-body, core-based, compound and functional. In our 7 weekly barbell classes we teach the fundamentals and mastery of these movements with a hands-on and personal approach.

Level 5 Barbell is first and foremost a family; a family of great people of all types that share a unique drive to become stronger, healthier, and more confident, while remaining supportive of one another and humble.

Level 5 Barbell is a club whose members all have a strong motivation and dedication to get stronger and do more. Some compete against others and some just compete against themselves but every member of the club supports, encourages and pushes one another towards their goals. We provide a friendly, positive, supportive, teams-based atmosphere that yo can call home.
